Returns & Exchanges

  1. No Returns or Exchanges, Except for Order Fulfillment Errors:

    • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there was an error in the order fulfillment (e.g., wrong order sent).
    • Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
  2. Order Fulfillment Errors:

    • If you receive the wrong order, please contact us immediately at Brinquiries@beautyreimagined.co within 7  days of receiving the item.
    • We will provide instructions on returning the incorrect items and arranging for the correct items to be sent to you.
  3. Condition of Returned Items:

    • If an exchange is approved due to order fulfillment error, all items must be returned in the condition in which they were received.
    • The items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
  4. Process for Returns/Exchanges:

    • Contact our customer service at Brinquiries@beautyreimagined.co to report the issue and receive authorization for the return or exchange.
    • Follow the instructions provided by our customer service for returning the items.
  5. Refunds/Replacements:

    • Upon receiving the returned items and verifying the error in order fulfillment, we will process a replacement or, if unavailable, issue a refund.

Please be aware that any unauthorized returns or items not in their original condition will not be accepted.
